FirstClass-klienten
FirstClass® integrerer pålideligt og effektivt en række kommunikative formål som e-mail, fælleskalendere og computerstøttet samarbejde (konferencer) og rummer dertil en række andre faciliteter - alt med en ensartet brugergrænseflade.
FirstClass-klienten er et program, der installeres på computerens skrivebord, og som giver den optimale adgang til FirstClass-systemet.
Download til Mac OS
Step 1
Før download er det vigtigt, at man logger helt ud af FirstClass. Det gøres lettest ved at klikke på Exit-ikonet i værktøjslinjen på FirstClass-skrivebordet.
Det er normalt ikke nødvendigt at afinstallere den gamle version af FirstClass først.

Step 2
Når Login-billedet fremkommer, skal man bare indtaste FirstClass bruger-ID og password og klikke på Login.

Download til Windows
Step 1

Step 2
Når Login-billedet fremkommer, kan man som regel bare indtaste FirstClass bruger-ID og password og klikke på Login. (se dog Problemhåndtering).

Problemhåndtering
a) Hvis FirstClass efter login tilsyneladende ikke er opgraderet, kan det skyldes, at FirstClass alligevel ikke var lukket helt ned inden installationen af version 9.1. Tjek versionsnummeret vha. FirstClass-menupunktet Help --> About FirstClass Client. Er det mindre end 9.1: gå helt ud af FirstClass (se hvordan under Step 1) og gentag installationsproceduren.
b) Hvis nedenstående fejlmeddelelse fremkommer ved forsøg på login, er den gamle klient sandsynligvis (forsøgt) afinstalleret før opgradering. Genstart computeren og prøv igen at logge ind. Ved fortsatte problemer kontakt IT Afdelingens Servicelinje.

Mac OS Download
Step 1
Before download it is important that you log out of FirstClass. This is best done by clicking the Exit icon in the toolbar of your FirstClass DeskTop.
Usually, it's unnecessary to uninstall the old version of FirstClass.

Step 2
When the Login screen appears, simply enter your user ID and password and click Login.

Windows Download
Step 1
Before download it is important that you shut down FirstClass completely. This is best done by clicking the Exit icon in the toolbar of your FirstClass DeskTop, or by using Alt+Shift+F4.
Usually, it's unnecessary to uninstall the old version of FirstClass..

Step 2
When the Login screen appears, simply enter your user ID and password and click Login (in case of trouble, see Troubleshooting).

Troubleshooting
a) If, upon login, FirstClass seems not to have been upgraded then the client may not have been completely shut down before you installed the new version. Check the client version using the FirstClass menu item Help --> About FirstClass Client. If it is less than 9.1 then exit FirstClass completely (see how in Step 1) and repeat the installation procedure.
b) If any attempt to log on results in a message similar to the one below then an attempt to uninstall the old version of the FirstClass client may have been made, prior to the installation of the new version. Restart your computer and retry login. If the problem persists then contact our Hotline.
